Thriva offers a responsive, ‘at home’ service where a nurse will come and take your blood for your tests through the team at Ally Health. They are CQC registered, DBS checked and compliant with NMC and GMC Registration checks, as applicable.

Seeing a psychologist on an individual basis means that the sessions and treatment can be tailored specifically to you.
Psychiatrists are medical doctors who specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health problems. If you’re worried about your mental health, or you feel that embarking on your weight loss journey has brought up other issues for you, then you might want to consider a psychiatric assessment.
We’ve worked with the doctors at Thriva to pick the extended biomarkers that we know are most important for your metabolic health. These reflect how you process food, use energy and feel in day-to-day life. Having these results to hand, you can understand and improve key markers of your metabolic health.
You’ll receive a testing kit at home and collect your sample following the instructions in the pack and our helpful video here. You’ll then post this back to the lab for testing. Once they’ve been tested and analysed, a doctor will review your results and the information you shared when you created your account with Thriva, and you’ll get an email to tell you when these are ready.
Making changes to your diet isn’t easy. If you are struggling with your nutrition while on Wegovy or Mounjaro, then you can arrange to speak to a specialist dietician/nutritionist to iron out any difficulties you are experiencing.
